To get a Scrum Master certification, you typically need to complete a training course from a licensed provider, such as ThinkLouder, which offers Certified Scrum Master (CSM) training. After completing the course, you must pass an exam to earn your certification.

The process usually includes these steps:

  • Choose a certification (CSM, A-CSM, etc.).
  • Attend a training course (2 days for CSM).
  • Pass the certification exam.
