Everything you need to know about our certifications, format, and what makes ThinkLouder different.
Is this an official Scrum Alliance certification? +
Yes. ThinkLouder is a Scrum Alliance Licensed Training Provider (LTP). Your CSM, CSPO, A-CSM, and A-CSPO certifications are official and recognized globally.
What's the class format? +
Live virtual in flexible formats: 2-day intensive, 3 half-day sessions, 4-day evening classes, or weekend classes. Small groups so everyone gets real discussion time with the instructor, not a lecture hall where you sit on mute.
How much do classes cost? +
CSM and CSPO start at $349 per person. A-CSM and A-CSPO are $695. We deliberately price ThinkLouder so practitioners can afford their own career growth.
How is this different from a cheaper CSM class? +
Practitioner-led (not a script-reader), small class sizes, and a current curriculum that reflects how AI is changing Scrum roles. Our instructor still ships real product work, not someone who stopped practicing years ago.
Do I get SEUs / PDUs? +
Yes. Scrum Alliance certifications earn Scrum Education Units (SEUs). CSM and CSPO courses also qualify for PMI Professional Development Units (PDUs).
What's the exam pass rate? +
Our students consistently achieve high pass rates on their first attempt. The class is designed to prepare you thoroughly. You'll feel confident going into the exam.
Do you offer team or corporate training? +
Yes. We offer private Team Accelerator programs, Product UpLift coaching, and S.C.A.L.E. Estimation workshops. Every engagement is customized to your team's needs.
What happens after the class? +
Access to class materials, the ThinkLouder alumni community, discounts on future classes, and optional 1:1 career coaching. We don't wave goodbye after two days.
Can I take advanced certifications? +
Yes. After your CSM, you can pursue A-CSM (Advanced Certified ScrumMaster). After CSPO, you can take A-CSPO. Both are offered in the same flexible live virtual formats.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule? +
We understand plans change. Contact us at least 7 days before class for a full reschedule to any future class. See our cancellation policy for details.
