This 2-day, highly interactive class provides the hands-on exploration of Agile principles, values and practices. The course covers the Agile fundamentals and the different roles and responsibilities of the Agile team. The program combines simulations, exercises and storytelling to provide a rich examination of the Agile approach to project delivery and product development.
Agile Innovation in the Enterprise
One of the toughest challenges for even the most Agile organizations is how Innovate to discover new customer opportunities and then rapidly test different solutions to zero-in on features and services that best meet the market demand. This intensive, 2-day training workshops introduces innovation frameworks that allow organizations to move beyond ‘luck-based innovation’ to create a systematic, measurable and scaleable approach to exploring and testing new ideas. The class will explore concepts from popular innovation frameworks such as Lean Startup and Design Thinking.
Agile Product Management
This 2-day course examines the role of Product Management and Product Owners in Agile. This highly experiential class will provide participants with an exploration of core skills and tools needed by Product Owners to establish a product vision and roadmap; identify focal users, customers and personas; create, manage and prioritize a team’s product backlog; provide continuous planning on forecasting to better manage stakeholder expectations.
Agile Marketing
This 2-day hands-on training course introduces Agile and Scrum principles and practices to help marketing teams get faster and more adaptive. Modern day marketing requires teams to be much faster and more responsive to the rapidly changing market. Traditional marketing channels are being quickly disrupted by modern digital and social channels in which customer attention is becoming increasingly difficult to predict or hold. Agile Marketing practices incorporate lessons learned by software teams to the complex world of marketing teams.
