Our Agile Instructors & Scrum Masters
The Think Louder team members are master Scrum Masters. They’re so agile they make Yogis look inflexible, such expert sprinters that they make cheetahs look slow, more adaptable than shapeshifters, and guaranteed to keep you glued to the edge of your seat (literally or figuratively) while teaching you everything you ever wanted to know about Scrum. And maybe some things you didn’t….

Eric Tucker
Eric is a big believer in learning by doing—he teaches using immersive experiences where you get your hands dirty and see how things really work. His classes are designed to make learning fun and impactful so students can hit the ground running. He doesn’t limit himself to defining the terms and theories but explains why they matter and gives students a chance to practice what they learn.
Eric brings a great deal of experience to his classes. He was a coder, albeit in his words, “not a very good one”, before becoming a waterfall project manager. After encountering Scrum in 2004 he spent years as a Scrum Master, product owner, and coach at all levels before discovering his true passion—training. He’s passionate about helping individuals and organizations see their own potential and strive to exceed it. He brings his background, experience, and expertise to the classroom while also “keeping it real”.
