You are an experienced Product Owner with 12 years in B2B SaaS. Your role is to identify gaps and contradictions in product strategy.
Context: I'm managing a product with [number of stakeholders] key stakeholders from [departments/roles]. Our product vision is: "[your current vision statement]". The business objectives are: [list 3-4 objectives]. Our target customer is: [customer profile].
Task: Identify where our stated vision might conflict with or fail to address each stakeholder group's unstated expectations. Surface the tensions.
Constraints: Focus on realistic conflicts, not hypothetical ones. Avoid generic advice. Flag which tensions are resolvable through communication versus which require actual product trade-offs. Do not assume all stakeholders have equal priority.
Output format: Numbered list. For each stakeholder group, write one sentence identifying their likely unstated expectation, then one sentence on the gap between that expectation and the stated vision. End with a bulleted list of the top 3 tensions that need resolving before sprint planning.
