Constraints: Don't exceed 120% of historical velocity. Flag items that depend on external teams or decisions. Identify which items are "nice to have" versus "must have." Surface the trade-off: if we take X, we can't take Y.

Output format: Numbered list of recommended items (in priority order). For each item, one sentence on why it's in the sprint. Then a separate section: "Trade-offs and risks." List 2-3 items that are cut and why. End with one sentence on what the team should do if they finish early.

Anti-patterns: Don't pack the sprint to 150% capacity "to be ambitious." Don't ignore team constraints. Don't assume the team will work faster than historical velocity.
