No. There's no exam for CSPO certification. You earn it by completing a two-day training course from a Scrum Alliance-approved provider like ThinkLouder. That's it.

• Backlog management and prioritization techniques you'll use Monday morning.

Renewal: What You Need to Know

Your CSPO is valid for two years. After that, you'll need to renew. Here's what renewal involves:

• Completing 20 Scrum Education Units (SEUs). These can come from courses, conferences, reading, or teaching others.
• Paying a $100 renewal fee to the Scrum Alliance.

No exam on renewal either. It's about staying active in the Scrum community and continuing to learn.
